Sixth Day Of Hanukkah

Last night was the sixth night of Hanukkah and today is the sixth day of Hanukkah. Today is also preparation day. Preparation day is Friday. We are preparing for Sabbath which is tomorrow although it starts tonight. My sister Abigail is making Challah bread. Yummy.


                                 Last night it was Joanna's turn to light one of the candles.

Fifth Day Of Hanukkah

Last night was the fifth night of Hanukkah and today is the fifth day of Hanukkah.


                                                     

                          Last night it was Charisa's turn to light a candle on the menorah.

 

This year for Hanukkah we have been using candles that people use for birthdays because the candles for the menorah are missing. The candles that are missing were blue and white.

Fourth Day Of Hanukkah

Last night was the fourth night of Hanukkah and today is the fourth day of Hanukkah.

Last night it was my turn to light one of the candles.

 Hanukkah is so very exhausting. 

Third Day Of Hanukkah

Last night was the third night of Hanukkah and today is the third day of Hanukkah.


                                      Last night it was Jennella's turn to light a candle.                              

My brother-in-law Ben and my younger sisters Jennella, MaryKaytelyn and Carrie made cookies together today. You could tell that they were having a lot of fun. Ben said that he had some really good helpers. And I will have to say that is the truth.

                     These are fox cookies. They are actually really chocolate covered cherries.

Oh no the inspector is coming to make sure that the cookies are made right. He is a very lovey cat.

                                             Being the inspector is such hard work.

Then I'll be the inspector for you. It will be very easy. It can not possibly be as hard as you say it is.

         You're right it is a very hard job. I can't stay awake anymore. You can have your job back.
